PANTHER & PLATANUS V. KNAUSSERWALD
PANTHER from Knausserwald, the father of our two cows “Vom Schwarzenbach” and PLATANUS from Knausserwald (from Patzenhof), the father of our two SAP-cattle, are both sons from the Austrian well-known PABLO FROM KNAUSSERWALD.
PABLO is a pure Canadian product and comes from the famousWINDLOUGH PRINCE CHARLES and the KEIJOASAN BLACK C O’GRAYMALKIN. Windlough P. Ch. is a product from top Canadian breeding farms and has such noble blood like the one from Joan Wort, the Keijoasan-breed, the Trafalgar Square Farm – and the Glen Osprey Farm (GOF) blood, all elite breeding farms and important firms from this epoch. Windlough P.Ch. has a lot of valuable descendants, scattered through the entire world.
KEIJOASAN BLACK C O’GRAYMALKIN, CA. 7437, Pablo’s mother, is one of the basic cows from the “Knausserwald herd”, whose founder, Dr. Otto Schimpf, was a pioneer in matter Highland Cattle. He imported, after a severe selection and only from the very best lines, the basic cows for his herd, directly from Canada. “Knausserwald”, whose breeding aim was to breed large framed and high-quality animals, has created in his country the base for the Highland cattle breeding. Keijoasan Black C comes from elite parents and has from her mother side the noble blood of GOF.
PABLO VOM KNAUSSERWALD, is one of the pillars of the Austrian Highland Cattle breeding, he is the father of a lot of breed bulls such as Panther, Platanus, Pius, Zotter Pauli and a lot more. His genes, an enrichment in things like character and large framing, passed dominant to his descendants.
His son, PANTHER from KNAUSSERWALD was group winner and reserve champion in Söll. One of his sons, PANTHER II from AIGNERHOF was sold as breeding bull to the famous CRAIGOWMILL Farm from Ken Brown, the longstanding chairman from the Highland Cattle Society in Scotland.
An absolutely highpoint was PLATANUS from KNAUSSERWALD, reserve champion in Ried, with a weight of more than 1000 Kg, the heavy’s bull from Austria. Never the less this giant was absolutely easy to handle and could also be led without a nose ring.
Both sons from PABLO from Knausserwald, Panther and Platanus, have delivered in association with the daughters of the King John of Graymalkin, excellent descendants. Large framed and best characters animals, was a very good argument for us, to ensure us this noble genes for our future herd.
